ARE YOU UPGRADE READY?

On the 07.04.24 we upgraded our WFS system to the latest version (SFP-W). As part of this upgrade, existing NextGear Capital customers were required to reset their temporary password by the 21st April. If you haven’t reset your temporary password, please contact customer services as this will have expired. Without completing this step, you won’t be able to access the new app.

You will need one to log into SPF-W.

What to expect

New Login Details:

You will get an email 24 hours before the system goes live with your new username and temporary password. Upon first login, you'll be asked to create a new password.

Device Verification:

For added security, each login will now require verification through an authenticator app. If you don't have one yet, Google or Microsoft offer free authenticator apps available for download from your app store. There's no need to pay for an upgrade. If you previously shared login details with a colleague, all login users will now require their own device to authenticate.

New look and feel:

Get ready for a fresh look! The main menu has shifted to the left, and menu options are now conveniently alphabetically ordered.

Enjoy faster browsing with the "Recently Visited" tab and "Menu Search" features. Plus, easily access your favorite pages for quicker navigation.
