The promoter of this Prize Draw is Nextgear Capital UK Limited (Company No. 08696123), Nextgear House Kingsfield Court, Chester Business Park, Chester, United Kingdom, CH4 9RE (“Nextgear Capital”).
This Prize Draw shall commence at 09:00 GMT on 01 October 2024 and shall end at 17:30 GMT on 31 October 2024.
Nextgear Capital reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw, substitute or reallocate any Prize for one of equal or greater value and to amend or withdraw any part of the Prize Draw at any time without notice and any liability.

You will be eligible to enter the Prize Draw where you have a Qualifying Entry and have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria within the Promotion Period, as further detailed set out in the Prize Draw Conditions. Each additional Promotional Vehicle allocated to a Stocking Plan by you during the Promotion Period will be deemed an additional entry into the Prize Draw.
Prizes will be limited to one Prize per Winner.
You may be eligible to receive one of the following Prizes (in ascending order of priority for the purposes of the Winner selection process):
1. First Prize
£10,000 (ten thousand pounds sterling) worth of funding which shall include the following:
- Annual fees
- Load fees
- Transaction fees
- Settlement fees
- DHC
- Audit fees
Please note that this prize is time limited to 12 months from the date the prize is applied to the winner’s stocking plan. Any funding not used within this period will result in any outstanding funding no longer being available for use.
2. Prizes 2 – 10
£0 load fees for 30 days
Nextgear Capital must either publish or make available certain information that indicates that a valid Prize Draw took place. To comply with this obligation, Nextgear Capital will publish the name of the Winner (or Winners, as applicable). If you object to the publication of your name, please contact ngc@nextgearcapital.co.uk. In such circumstances, Nextgear Capital must still provide the information and details of the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Agency if requested.
Nextgear Capital may also ask you to participate in your image being published for publicity purposes, which shall at all times be subject to your consent.
Any personal data collected or processed by Nextgear Capital in relation to any Prize Draw shall be collected, held and processed in accordance with Nextgear Capital’s privacy policy which can be accessed at https://www.nextgearcapital.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
